Welcome to BeboGrow Digital Solutions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as your use of our services and website constitutes full agreement.
تقدم BeboGrow حلولاً برمجية ورقمية متكاملة تشمل: تصميم وتطوير المواقع والمتاجر الإلكترونية، تحسين محركات البحث والذكاء الاصطناعي (SEO / GEO / AIO)، تأسيس وإدارة حسابات Google Business، توفير أدوات التقييم الذكية (NFC)، والهوية البصرية.
BeboGrow provides comprehensive software and digital solutions including: design and development of websites and e-commerce stores, SEO and AI Search Optimization (GEO/AIO), Google Business setup and management, Smart NFC review tools, and visual identity design.
تتوفر باقاتنا بثلاثة أنظمة مرنة:
يُشترط دفع الرسوم المتفق عليها في مواعيدها. جميع المبالغ المدفوعة لبدء تنفيذ الخدمات تعتبر غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد البدء الفعلي في العمل.
Our packages are available in three flexible systems:
Fees must be paid on agreed schedules. All amounts paid to commence services are non-refundable once actual work has begun.
تظل جميع التصاميم، الأكواد البرمجية، والمواد الاستراتيجية المُعدة ضمن مشاريعنا ملكية فكرية لـ BeboGrow حتى يتم سداد كامل التكاليف المتفق عليها، وحينها تُنقل حقوق استخدام الموقع أو المتجر إلى العميل. لا يحق للعميل بيع أو إعادة ترخيص الكود المصدري لمنصاتنا السحابية المُؤجرة.
All designs, source codes, and strategic materials prepared remain the intellectual property of BeboGrow until full agreed costs are paid, transferring usage rights to the client. Clients may not sell or re-license the source code of our rented cloud platforms.
يلتزم العميل بتوفير المعلومات، الصور، والتفاصيل الدقيقة المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب لضمان سرعة إنجاز المشروع. تأخير توفير هذه المواد قد يؤدي إلى تأجيل مواعيد التسليم.
The client is obliged to provide accurate information, images, and details in a timely manner to ensure rapid project delivery. Delays in providing materials may extend delivery timelines.
تسعى BeboGrow لتوفير أفضل التقنيات والنتائج، إلا أننا لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن أعطال فنية خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل توقف خوادم عالمية أو تغييرات في خوارزميات جوجل والذكاء الاصطناعي).
While BeboGrow strives to deliver top-tier technologies and results, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from technical failures beyond our control (e.g., global server outages or changes to Google and AI algorithms).
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها في إمارة دبي، ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and the United Arab Emirates.
لضمان تقديم خدمة مستقرة وعالية الجودة، تخضع خدماتنا للاشتراكات للحدود التالية (ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك في عرض سعر خاص):
To ensure stable and high-quality service, our subscription services are subject to the following limits (unless stated otherwise in a custom quote):
ملاحظة (التعديل البسيط): يُقصد به تغيير نص قصير، رابط، رقم تواصل، أو صورة موجودة بالفعل، دون تغيير في هيكل التصميم أو إضافة برمجة جديدة. التعديلات غير المستخدمة خلال الشهر لا تُرحل للشهر التالي.
Note (Simple Update): Refers to changing short text, a link, a phone number, or an existing image, without altering the design structure or adding new functionality. Unused monthly updates do not roll over to the next month.
